  2. The following are general guidelines to help you
  3. assemble pre-packed free-standing shelves:

  15. Step 1 - Assembling each shelf
  16. If you have any instructions read them thoroughly.
  17. Lay out the contents of the pack in front of you, and
  18. check to see you have the correct number of screws and
  19. other parts. You may need to assemble each shelf by
  20. screwing it together.

  22. Step 2 - Attaching shelves to the front struts
  23. Lay the shelves on their end on the floor and place
  24. the struts on the top in the desired position. Attach
  25. the screws for one whole side first to give it support.
  26. Repeat for the other strut. 
  27.  
  28. Step 3 - Attaching shelves to the rear struts
  29. Repeat the process for the back struts. After a week
  30. or so retighten the screws if necessary.
